A certified medication aide is on staff 24 hours a day, including overnight. A nurse is on site 24 hours a week, spread across three days. A nurse isn't here overnight. We'd rather you read that here than find out later.
Medications are counted at the end of every shift and again at the start of the next one. It's a double check at every shift change.
